Where are your warehouses located?
Our main facility is based in Wrexham, Wales – just over the border. We also have a number of bulk storage locations across North West UK.
How do you store goods?
Goods are stored on Pallets, Shelving and Picking Totes.
Do you have any bonded warehousing?
No, we don’t currently offer Bonded Warehousing
Do I need to insure my inventory?
Yes, all goods need to be fully insured by yourself. We will work with your insurer to provide all details they need.
Can you record batch codes and expiry dates?
Yes we can. We do this for all food related items, cosmetics etc
Can you handle Trade orders and Reworks?
Yes of course. We have a dedicated Rework team who look after any Trade & Rework orders.

Platform & Integration FAQs
Do you connect to all the major marketplaces and shopping carts?
Yes. Please check the ‘integrations’ page , which lists most of our integrations – however if what you need is not there, please double check as its likely we do have a connection for it.
On a day to day basis do we need to update or upload any data?
We aim to provide a hands off service, so if all setup correctly, this should not be required.
Do you sync our stock regularly with the platforms?
Stock is synced with most platforms every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 a day week.
Do you have a platform so we can see what is happening?
Of course, our ‘Command Portal’ is central to the service we provide – schedule a call and we can give you a demo of all the features.
