Multi-Channel Fulfilment

multi-channel fulfilment

Multi-channel fulfilment refers to the process of managing and delivering orders to customers from multiple sales channels. It involves the use of various strategies and tools to ensure that orders are fulfilled efficiently no matter where the customer’s order originated.

Multi-channel fulfilment begins when a customer places an order on any sales channel. This could be an online store, a physical retail shop, a marketplace such as Amazon or eBay, or even through social media platforms. Once the order is received, it is processed and packed at a fulfilment centre and then shipped to the customer. The key is that the fulfilment process should be seamless, regardless of the sales channel the customer used.
